Lani, Practice Manager

Lani is in her 15th year with Willow Bend Dental as our Practice Manager.    Over the years, she has developed a strong and lasting relationship with so many of our patients and staff members.  Her professionalism and passion for patient care exemplify what Willow Bend Dental is all about.  She loves the practice, her staff and her patient’s so much that she drives from Duncanville every day to be here.  Lani has been in dentistry for 26 years and her advanced knowledge in every aspect of dentistry enables her to provide guidance and training in all areas of our office.  Lani’s real passions include spending time with family and friends, reading novels from numerous best selling authors, any and all sporting events, and watching local live bands. 

Eloise, Front Desk Concierge

When you enter Willow Bend Dental, the first delightful person you'll meet is Eloise. As our front desk concierge, Eloise endeavors to provide an immediate warm and welcome environment, attend to your needs, and relay all messages. She has been with Willow Bend Dental since 2003 and has been in the dental field for over twenty years.

Eloise grew up in Canyon, Texas and attended Texas Tech University. Married to her soul mate, Steven, Eloise has a beautiful daughter and a handsome young grandson. She enjoys cooking, riding bikes, jogging, traveling, gardening, and involvement with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure events.

Starlyn, Patient Coordinator

As patient coordinator for Willow Bend Dental, Starlyn plays a crucial role in helping our patients experience an excellent dental visit. Knowing and understanding treatment options, costs, insurance benefits, and duration of treatment are all key pieces of information that Starlyn keeps track of to assist you in making important dental treatment decisions.

Starlyn was born and raised in Denison, TX. She attended Abiline Christian University where she earned her B.S. in Nutrition. Starlyn and her husband, Dave reside in Frisco, Texas where they stay busy raising their twin daughters, Karynn and McKennah. Starlyn enjoys trips to Canton, movie dates, trips to the spa and weekend family outings.

Miki James, Patient Coordinator

A first visit to a dental office could be a fearful and experience, but not when in the good hands of one of our patient coordinators. Miki has over sixteen years of dental experience, and her smiling face will be with you every step of the way.

She, her husband and her daughter live in Frisco, Texas. When away from Willow Bend Dental, she coaches her daughter’s soccer games and cheers on her two step-sons, at their football and baseball games.

Aldisa Scallion, Patient Coordinator

A native Californian, Aldisa recently moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and was so glad she chose Plano as her new home. Her career in dentistry started as a registered dental assistant, over eight years ago. She enjoys now being a part of Willow Bend Dental. She is also committed to making sure patients understand all aspects of their dental experience. When not working, Aldisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and entertaining the newest member of her family, her Shih-Tzu, Peetie!

Jana, Patient Coordinator

As patient coordinator for Willow Bend Dental, Jana plays a crucial role in helping our patients experience an excellent dental visit. Knowing and understanding treatment options, costs, insurance benefits, and duration of treatment are all key pieces of information that Jana keeps track of to assist you in making important dental treatment decisions. Since 2003 Jana has helped our patients with questions and scheduling appointments.

An Amarillo native, she and her husband, Brian, have two beautiful and active daughters, Courtney and Brianna. Jana enjoys playing golf with her husband, hanging out with friends and family, and watching the kids play sports. Bear, her yellow Labrador retriever, keeps her busy!

Marcia, Patient Coordinator

Marcia was born and raised in Tennessee, but “now she hangs her hat” in Texas. She has had the privilege of serving families in the dental field for over twelve years and finds it a truly rewarding career. She is a real people person, so getting to know all of Willow Bend Dental’s guests and their families is fun for her. Marcia loves spending time with her two wonderful children, Gunner and Kylie, along with her great friends. She is a fitness enthusiast; she enjoys running, swimming, cycling, playing tennis and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.

Candice, Patient Coordinator

Candice was born and raised in Plano, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University with a strong passion for fashion and decorating. In her spare time she enjoys reading, attending movies and spending time with her family and terrier mix, Sadie May.

Susan, RDH

Susan has been practicing dental hygiene since 1993. Earning a B. S. degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and a dental hygiene degree from Cerritos College in Cerritos, California, Susan has a true passion for dental hygiene. While she developed most of her dental career in California, her new true home is Texas. When she is not working, she and her husband have a wonderful life raising two beautiful daughters, Grace and Sarah.

Kathy, RDA

Kathy has sixteen years of dental experience, ten of which she has served with Willow Bend Dental. She is a native Texas and was raised in Plano. Kathy has also been married for eighteen years to Todd and they parent two wonderful children, Ashton and Peyton. She loves spending time with her family, friends and her two dogs, Blue and Princess. In her spare time, Kathy works at her family restaurant.

Kimberly, RDA

Kimberly grew up in Pilot Point and Richardson, Texas. She has four brothers and sisters, three great children, four awesome grandkids. Kimberly has been with Willow Bend Dental since 2000 and started dentistry in 1980 after attending Richland College. When not on the clock at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her hobbies are making jewelry and woodcrafts (especially unusual crosses).

Alfreda, RDA

Alfreda has nineteen years of dental experience and loves helping people. She was originally from San Diego, California but now calls the DFW metro-plex home for six years and counting. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys a good book, basketball, tennis and just being a mom to two wonderful children, D’Angelo (18) and Nia (7).

Kacey Waldie, RDA

Hello, my name is Kacey Waldie. I have three beautiful children, Isabelle (15), Silas (11), Gabrielle (9) and a wonderful husband Kyle. I also have two beautiful dogs, Mojo who is a miniature Dashaund and Abby who is a Chihuaha. I started dentistry in 2007 and began working in the front office and worked by way to the back office as an RDA. I enjoy working with my fellow peers and love interacting with patients. I was born in Irving, Texas but have lived all over the DFW metroplex. I moved to Plano, TX when I was ten years old. I graduated from Plano East Senior High “Go Panthers!” I am now a Denton Ryan fan, “Go Raiders!” My daughter is on the drill team called Strutters. I look forward to meeting you if I have not already.

Pricilla, RDA

Pricilla was born in Tijuana, Mexico. She has lived in Dallas, Texas now for eleven years. She is the mother to her seven year old son, Diego and has a wonderful boyfriend, Miguel. In Pricilla’s spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies and dancing. She has been a RDA for three years and absolutely loves it!

Lindsay, Massage Therapist

Lindsay is a product of the Midwest and a native of the state of Ohio. After graduating from high school, she studied at the prestigious Bowling Green University. Soon after that, She obtained her massage therapy license after several months of rigorous study at Dayton School of Medical Massage. For nearly eight years, she has had the extreme honor of being a Massage Therapist in her home state and right here in Texas. It has been a privilege to help so many people transition from tension and pain into states of relaxation and comfort. Sine 2006, she’s called Dallas, Texas her home away from home. She loves all that the “Big D” has to offer. She loves having so many choices for dinner and the freedom to experience events that only a big city like Dallas can provide.

Lindsay loves being a massage therapist. There is nothing like the joy that comes with helping people simply by using what she learned at school. Meeting people of all ages and backgrounds is also a unique benefit to her industry.

Aside from her job, she's passionate about staying fit and hitting the gym whenever she can. She's a big fan of spending time with friends and shopping at the famous malls in the Dallas area. She also considers herself lucky enough to travel from time to time and visit her family up in Ohio. She's so proud to be a part of what Willow Bend Dental is doing in the lives of so many people in this community. Her future is bright and she looks forward to help a new patient everyday.
